Culture drives everything in the organisation – good or bad. However, culture is often simply “assumed” rather than defined. Leaders need to be accountable to do whatever it takes to drive and grow the culture.
The 7 signs of a great organisation culture are:
Change is not seen as a challenge but as an opportunity
People believe they are part of something bigger
Low staff attrition
People are lining up outside to join the organisation
First rate leadership
Great communication
Happy employees (make for happy customers)
