So the chap who moved his (and presumably his wife’s) stuff into No.10 Downing Street (customarily the residence of Britain’s Prime Ministers) is reported as, “facing yet another headache, as a former Conservative minister has been accused of bullying staff. Sir Alok Sharma - the former Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy - has been accused of being difficult, unpredictable and prone to quickly losing his temper.”
Two questions spring immediately to mind: why is Alok a Knight of the Realm? Knights formerly were Men of Great Prowess and Chivalry, rescuing Damsels in Distress and generally Serving Others Selflessly.
And, how on earth is Rishi, who clearly hasn’t the first idea of Leadership, possibly able to contribute to the discussion?
A key component of Leadership is to Respect Those You Lead.
