"Dirty Capital, Dirty Country" - Sadiq Khan should heed President Trump quoting his Father in DC Emergency Address

London is in crisis! Dirty streets, overflowing garbage, and rising crime have turned our capital into a shadow of its former self. Sadiq Khan, who has been Mayor of London for 9 years since 2016, must be held accountable as the city has declined under his leadership.

As President Donald J Trump said at his press conference announcing a state of emergency for Washington DC, quoting his father: “When you go to a restaurant and see a dirty front door, don’t go in. If the front door is dirty, then the kitchen is dirty.” Same thing with our capital: if our capital is dirty then our country is dirty and they don’t respect us.

With the GLA budget for 2025-2026 set at £904.1 million for revenue and £1.8 billion for capital, it’s time for action!
